Fairybush Landscaping also provides a flexible gritting service outside these hours i.e. providing extra salting visits.
We are available 24/7 via phone or email to request an extra salting visit(s), should your company need it.
We use an alternative to rock salt for clearing snow and ice. Our alternative lasts longer, goes further, works in lower temperatures, and is more environmentally friendly (it does not damage vegetation, plants, roots, foliage, or soil).
We disperse our salting crews on an amber or red status as per the report but this can be altered to suit individual company needs.
If you do wish to proceed with our winter salting services, a detailed weather forecast report (OpenSite) will be sent to your facilities by 2 pm. We do not charge a retainer fee for this service.
Allowing you to keep track of salting but also for your insurance records, we also leave a service report sheet for your records once salting is complete.
A method statement and risk assessment prior to any works commencing, our safety statement, our insurance details, and the training certification of all our winter salting crew are also provided.
